Under-12
23rd Feb 2008: Wilton 5-1 Everton
Higher ranked Wilton ran out comfortable winners in the local cup against Everton this morning. Despite giving their all the away side never really troubled Wilton and the Owen Hill goal was merely a consolation on the day.
9th Feb 2008: Everton 2-0 Greenwood

Everton's under 12's completed a season double over local rivals Greenwood at Coffey's Field this morning.

On a heavy pitch goals from Owen Hill and Sean Ward secured a hard earned but deserved victory on the day. While the scoreline was not nearly as emphatic as the sides early season victory the result maintains their position near the top of the section and sees them still unbeaten in the league.

27th Jan 2008: Lakewood 0-2 Everton

Everton's under 12' side produced a marvelous performance to go second in the table in a tough away fixture at high flying Lakewood this morning. Coaches Eoin Hoey and Derek O' Sullivan purred about all 14 players, who gave everything in producing "The best performance's of the season so far"

Now just 2 points behind leaders Waterloo the side are in a great position and Eoin was at pains to stress the credit due for the attitude shown throughout. David Maguire, recently called into the Cork panel, was once again outstanding, Eoin Hill and Garth Browne scored wonderful goals, but it was the performance of Gary Boyle, playing centre half for the first time, that most pleased the coaching team.

The parents - who turned out in numbers to support the side - left an impression too. Derek remarking it was great to see and definitely helped give the kids an extra bit of confidence.

17th Nov 2007: Everton 3-2 Mallow

Eoin Hoey watched his under 12 side record back to back league victories with a narrow three two victory at home to Mallow on Saturday morning.

In a game where Gary O' Sullivan and Aaron Dupius were at their very best, Owen Hill - his third in two games - Gary Boyle and Sean Ward (on his debut) struck the goals that see the side leapfrog their opponents and put themselves into contention at the top of their section at this early stage of the season.

4th Nov 2007: Greenwood A 0-6 Everton

A classy footballing display and three goals in each half gave Everton a comfortable first league win of the season over local rivals Greenwood at the weekend. Managers Eoin Hoey and Derek O' Sullivan were delighted with the performance in which Micheal Kenneally starred and first half strikes from Owen Hill, David McGuire and Alan Horgan had the Everton lads in control at half time.

McGuire netted his second early in the second half, Owen Hill added a fifth mid-way through the half and sub Aaron West rounded of the scoring with a headed sixth late on to give Everton strong bragging rights in the school grounds for the week.
